Background
Michał Krasiński has been a lawyer since 2018. He works in the Commercial Contracts and Real Estate Department at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm. He joined the Law Firm's team in November 2025.
He is a graduate of law as well as administration studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

Michał Krasiński conducts courses and training sessions in construction law, related regulations, and administrative procedure for members of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers, the Masovian and Świętokrzyskie Chambers of Civil Engineers, the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians, property managers, and homeowners’ associations.
He is the author of articles and publications in industry journals, including Kwartalnik Budownictwa and Biuletyn Konsultant of SIDIR.
- 17 years of work at the District Building Control Inspectorate in Lipsko, including: preparing legal opinions in appeal proceedings, providing legal opinions on the further course of administrative proceedings under the Construction Law, related acts and executive acts to this law, and the law on enforcement proceedings in administration, as well as ongoing advice on legal regulations, customer service (providing explanations regarding administrative proceedings concerning unauthorized construction, the technical condition of buildings, illegal changes in use, and significant deviations from building permits). Additional handling of notifications of completion of construction works and applications for occupancy permits, as well as notifications of commencement of construction. Repeated participation, on the basis of the authorisation granted, in inspections of construction sites and buildings, conducting legal communication with external offices and institutions, drafting administrative decisions and resolutions.
- Activities within my own law firm, including: preparing legal opinions on construction and real estate law and related issues; preparing legal opinions on spatial planning, with particular emphasis on analyzing local zoning plan provisions and their consequences for business operations; drafting pleadings, in particular in administrative and civil proceedings; providing legal advice at the stage of preparation, implementation, and finalization of investment projects, as well as ongoing legal advice on construction and real estate law, e.g. adverse possession, enfranchisement, and the dissolution of co-ownership of real estate.
- From 2023 to 2025, he served as an Expert of the Real Estate Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (1st term). Subsequently, he was appointed as an Expert of the Real Estate Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw for the 2nd term for the period 2025–2029.
