Background
Carl Georg Freiherr von Beverfoerde joined Schindhelm as a lawyer in Düsseldorf in April 2022.
He studied at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg and at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster, specialising in legal drafting and dispute resolution. He completed his studies in 2018 with the first state law examination.
He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and passed the second state law examination there in 2021.
Carl Georg Freiherr von Beverfoerde's main focus is on mandates from well-known family businesses and internationally active medium-sized companies, inter alia in the area of real estate ownership.
In addition, he supports insolvency administration at our Düsseldorf office.
- Processing of a research study on behalf of the EU Commission to present the energy law situation with a focus on hydrogen in Germany.
- Advising companies in the area of forest management and drafting timber supply contracts with special consideration of calamity use.
